You can get a refund for cancellations at least 21 days prior to your arrival. Depending on the payment channel you selected, some fees may be deducted. We may consider refund for last minute cancellations on a case by case basis.

We have access ways for wheelchairs all the way from the entrance to the dining area and to ground floor rooms (Family Rooms). These rooms are spacious enough for wheelchairs to freely move inside. The bathroom is large and accessible but it is not equipped with disabled accessories.

Children are less than 12 years old.

Ahsa provides a great opportunity for families to enjoy and experience a traditional rural setting. Children can turn a stay at Ahsa into an enthusiastic learning experience. We welcome children of any age. However, parents shoulds dedicate special care in controlling small children as the rural environment may present unexpected risks and challenges.

We are very sorry to inform you that at our farm we cannot accept pets.

Mae Chan districts’ public hospital is 13 Kms (20 min drive) from Ahsa. In Chiang Rai town, some 25 Kms further away, international standards private hospitals are available.

No swimming pool. Ahsa is an authentic farm. Resort facilities are not normally featured at our property.
